The Commitment Ceremony


When two people promise to love each other for a lifetime they can celebrate this promise with their family and friends by having a commitment ceremony. This is like a wedding but not a legal contract * which means that Gay Weddings in Crete can take you to amazing locations to hold your ceremony, organize the decorations, photographer, videographer, as well as help you choose music, readings etc for your order of service. Our coordinator and official will also assist you with an exchange of vows and rings.

We will organise the ceremony to be where you would like it to be; we arrange for Decoration and Flowers at the Service venue and at the Reception, a special Wedding Car, Champagne Toasts for all your guests at the ceremony and reception...the list goes on and on !!


Your Wedding Coordinator will keep close and frequent communication with you, and at a cost a fraction of what it would be in the UK

We have been able to use the inside of the fort at Aptera in the past but unfortunately at present –for 2007 -since the fort is undergoing renovations we are only able to use the OUTSIDE of the fort and, as you will see from our photograph album, this venue has amazing views.

We also arrange Ceremonies and outdoor Receptions on quiet beaches. If however you have a specific location in mind such as your Villa or our Sunset Cruise Boat in the early evening, we would arrange a wedding blessing – and work with you to create your own service with perhaps your own personal vows, readings and the music of your choice. Your Wedding Service can have a Greek blessing too if you wish.
The ceremony would be as long as you want - usually they last about 20 minutes.

We will offer you discount on your Wedding Villa and also on the Villas chosen for your Guests
Your Wedding Coordinator will combine all the key elements of your Wedding to incorporate your Love and Feelings for each other.

The basic Commitment Ceremony fee is 1375 Euros - for this we provide a very personal service unlike any travel company which will give you a wedding "package".

* We will present you with a silver framed Certificate, in Greek, which will show your names, the date of your ceremony and the venue. As we have stated the Gay Wedding certificate is not a legal document.
